Part 7 - Offenses - Conduct of Elections
§ 1-13-704. Unlawfully Refusing Ballot or Permitting to Vote

If at any election provided by law any judge of election willfully and maliciously refuses or neglects to receive the ballot of any registered elector who has taken or offered to take the oath prescribed by section 1-9-204 or knowingly and willfully permits any person to vote who is not entitled to vote at such election, such judge commits a class 1 misdemeanor.
