Section 45-51-72.01 - Districts of County.

For the purpose of electing members of the county commission, Montgomery County is divided into five districts numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. The five districts shall be described as follows:
(1) COMMISSIONER DISTRICT 1.
