The county license commissioner is hereby authorized to charge one dollar ($1) per page or fraction of a page, to be paid into the county general fund, for copying any document or instrument which is on record in his or her office and if such copy is to be certified, he or she shall charge an additional one dollar ($1) for certifying the same.
