Part 1 - Compensation.
Section 45-11-230.02 - This Section Was Assigned by the Code Commissioner in the 2021 Regular Session, Effective April 13, 2021. This Is Not in the Current Code Supplement.

(a) The Sheriff of Chilton County shall be compensated in an amount not less than 10 percent more than the highest paid sheriff's office employee base yearly salary. The sum shall be payable out of the General Fund of Chilton County, in 12 monthly installments.
(b) The Sheriff of Chilton County shall continue to receive not less than the same compensation and allowances as he or she received, each month, before the passage of this section.
