89049.1. Notwithstanding Article 1.5 (commencing with Section 16360) of Chapter 2 of Part 2 of Division 4 of Title 2 of the Government Code, money received by the state from the United States for distribution by the trustees for student financial aid purposes shall not be remitted to the Federal Trust Fund, but shall only be reported to the Director of Finance for accounting purposes.
