89048.5. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the trustees shall include in the contract of conveyance of any real property sold by the California State University a statement that if it is subsequently determined that the property subject to conveyance contains a Native American burial ground, that fact shall be reported to the Legislature and the property may revert to the state if a statute is enacted requiring that reversion.
