Section 79512.

79512. A civil penalty not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000) may be levied by the commission upon a person who does any of the following:

(a) Willfully renders or furnishes a false report, statement, or record required by the commission.

(b) Fails to render or furnish a report, statement, or record required by the commission.

(c) Secretes, destroys, or alters records required to be kept under this chapter.
