Section 78475.

78475. There is in the State of California the California Seafood Council. The council shall be composed of not less than 11 voting members and their alternates, and six nonvoting members. The number of voting members shall be adjusted in accordance with subdivision (e) of Section 78476. The council may include nonvoting, ex officio members representing interests allied to California’s fishing industry upon recommendation of the executive committee of the council and approval by the secretary.
