33253. The dairy farm inspection fee shall not exceed the actual cost to the county of making the dairy farm inspection, provided that an additional 15 percent of the fees collected shall be remitted to the secretary to cover the reasonable cost of administering Sections 33082, 33118, and 33119, and the oversight requirements of the National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments.
