ARTICLE 4 - Meat Inspector Licenses
Section 25058.

25058. The director shall, after the written and oral examination and demonstration which are prescribed by Section 25059, issue to any person who passes the examination and is otherwise qualified a license to inspect poultry meat for wholesomeness. If an applicant for a license to inspect poultry meat does not take such examination within one year after the date of the receipt of his application by the director, his application expires.
