Section 21019.

21019. A person who violates this part, other than Section 21407.1 or Section 21709, or any of the rules or orders issued under this part, is punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), by imprisonment of not more than six months, or by both that fine and imprisonment.
