12050. The people of the state accept the provisions of, and each of the funds provided by, the Carl D. Perkins Vocational Education Act (P.L. 98-524), the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Applied Technology Education Act Amendments of 1990 (P.L. 101-392; 20 U.S.C. Sec. 2301 and following), and any acts amending or succeeding those acts.
