Article 1 - General Provisions
Section 26-1-20 - Personnel.

The board shall employ such personnel for the administration and enforcement of the provisions of the New Mexico Drug and Cosmetic Act [New Mexico Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act] as may be necessary.
