    1-15-101. Applicability.
    (a) This chapter shall apply to and govern:
    (i) Attachment, replevin and garnishment proceedings in all district courts and circuit courts of this state;
    (ii) Post judgment garnishment in small claims proceedings as provided by W.S. 1-21-205.
