§ 607. School Board of Trustees policy
The Superintendent shall prepare and submit to the School Board of Trustees proposals for School Board of Trustees policies. The Superintendent may have the assistance of the School Attorney and shall have the authority to request a committee of citizens to assist in the preparation of any proposals. Policies shall be general application to the School District, shall be in writing, codified, and made available to the public. Policies shall be adopted by the School Board of Trustees at regular or special School Board of Trustees meetings. The School Board of Trustees shall give notice of its intent to adopt a policy stating the substance of the proposed policy at least 10 days prior to its adoption. (Amended 2021, No. M-16 (Adj.
