§ 606. Control of National Guard assisting civil officer
When a portion of the National Guard is called out to assist a civil officer in the service of legal process, it shall be under the immediate command of the National Guard member of the highest rank who is present. The National Guard member in command shall act under and be subject to the general direction of the civil officer. (Amended 2021, No. 10, § 30.)
