§ 4705. Dividend plans
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit or regulate the payment of dividends, savings, or unabsorbed premium deposits allowed or returned by insurers to their policyholders, members or subscribers; provided, however, this provision shall not contravene the provisions of chapter 145 of this title. A plan for the payment of dividends, savings, or unabsorbed premium deposits allowed or returned by insurers to their policyholders, members, or subscribers shall not be deemed a rating plan or system, nor be conditioned upon renewal of a policy.
