§ 2983. Voting qualifications
The qualifications for voting to authorize a municipal fire department to enter into mutual aid agreements shall be the same as those for the election of town officers. (Added 1967, No. 255 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. Feb. 20, 1968.)
