§ 1734. Partition when ownership has changed
Partition of real estate may be made although some of the original heirs or devisees have conveyed their shares to other persons. The shares shall be set out to the persons holding the same, as they would have been to the heirs or devisees. (Amended 2017, No. 195 (Adj. Sess.), § 10.)
