§ 146. Intellectual disability
“Intellectual disability” or “person with an intellectual disability” shall mean an individual who has significantly subaverage intellectual functioning existing concurrently with deficits in adaptive behavior. “Intellectual disability” replaces what was previously known as “mental retardation.” (Added 2013, No. 96 (Adj.
