There are authorized to be appropriated not more than $5,250,000 for the acquisition of lands and interests in lands and not more than $5,000,000 for the development of the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. Effective , there are authorized to be appropriated such additional sums as may be necessary for the acquisition of the lands described in .
