Each head of an Executive department (as defined in ) responsible for carrying out a program under this Act, the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 (title IV of ; ), the Violence Against Women Act of 2000 (division B of ; ), the Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act of 2005 (title IX of ; ) , or the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 (; ) may coordinate and collaborate on the prevention of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking, including sharing best practices and efficient use of resources and technology for victims and those seeking assistance from the Federal Government.
