Section 9024.001. Definitions

Sec. 9024.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.
(2) "Director" means a board member.
(3) "District" means the Cade Ranch Water Control and Improvement District No. 1 of Galveston County.
