Section 9010.002. Nature of District

Sec. 9010.002. NATURE OF DISTRICT. The Bacliff Municipal Utility District of Galveston County, Texas, is:
(1) a conservation and reclamation district under Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution; and
(2) a water control and improvement district.
