Sec. 8888.154. FEES, RATES, AND CHARGES. As necessary to enable the authority to fulfill the authority's purposes and regulatory obligations provided by this chapter, the authority may establish:
(1) fees, rates, and charges; and
(2) classifications of fee and rate payers.
