Sec. 887.551. HAZARDOUS FINANCIAL CONDITION, SUPERVISION, CONSERVATORSHIP, AND LIQUIDATION. The following provisions apply to an association engaged in the business of insurance in this state:
(1) Subchapter A, Chapter 404;
(2) Chapter 441; and
(3) Chapter 443.
