Section 8270.204. Payment of Tax or Assessment Not Required

Sec. 8270.204. PAYMENT OF TAX OR ASSESSMENT NOT REQUIRED. The district is not required to pay a tax or assessment on:
(1) district property; or
(2) a purchase made by the district.
