Sec. 81.08792. PROPOSED DISCIPLINARY RULE APPROVAL REQUIRED BEFORE ADOPTION. A proposed disciplinary rule may not be adopted by the supreme court unless the rule is approved by:
(1) the committee;
(2) the board of directors;
(3) the members of the state bar; and
(4) the supreme court.
