Text of section effective on April 01, 2023
Sec. 7817.0102. NATURE OF DISTRICT. The district is:
(1) a levee improvement district created under and essential to accomplish the purposes of Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution; and
(2) a political subdivision of this state.
