Sec. 775.110. INSPECTION. (a) The fire marshal may, at any time of day, enter and inspect:
(1) property where a fire has occurred; and
(2) property adjacent to where a fire occurred.
(b) The fire marshal shall conduct this inspection in a manner least inconvenient to any persons living on the property.
