Sec. 680.001. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:
(1) "Department" means the Department of Public Safety.
(2) "Motorcycle" has the meaning assigned that term by Section 661.001.
(3) "Person" means an individual, partnership, firm, corporation, association, or other private entity.
