Sec. 621.055. LIMITATIONS ON CONDITIONING GIFT ON PURCHASE. (a) An offeror may notify a person that the person will receive a gift, the receipt of which is conditioned on the person purchasing a good or service, only if at the time of notification the offeror clearly and conspicuously discloses that purchase of a good or service is required.
(b) A gift is not prohibited in a legitimate trade promotion if the advertising regarding the promotion fully discloses any requirement of a purchase to be made to qualify for the gift.
