Sec. 60.333. FORM OF BONDS. (a) Bonds of the district shall be authorized by resolution adopted by the governing board and shall be signed by the presiding officer or assistant presiding officer, and attested by the secretary, and the seal of the district shall be impressed on them.
(b) Within the discretion of the district, as evidenced by the resolution, bonds may be issued bearing the facsimile signatures of the officers and the seal of the district may be lithographed or printed thereon.
