Section 603.152. General Rulemaking Authority

Sec. 603.152. GENERAL RULEMAKING AUTHORITY. The medical board may adopt rules necessary to:
(1) regulate the practice of perfusion;
(2) enforce this chapter; and
(3) perform medical board duties under this chapter.
