Section 51A.101. Applicability of Subchapter

Sec. 51A.101. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. This subchapter applies only to the following institutions of higher education:
(1) public junior colleges;
(2) public technical institutes; and
(3) public state colleges.
