Section 481.023. Administration of Other Statutes

Sec. 481.023. ADMINISTRATION OF OTHER STATUTES. (a) The office shall perform the administrative duties prescribed under:
(1) Chapter 1433; and
(2) the Development Corporation Act (Subtitle C1, Title 12, Local Government Code).
