Chapter 414 - Texas Crime Stoppers Council
Section 414.003. Per Diem and Expenses

Sec. 414.003. PER DIEM AND EXPENSES. A voting member of the council is entitled to:
(1) a per diem as determined by appropriation; and
(2) reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred in performing duties as a member.
