Section 3882.053. Initial Voting Directors

Sec. 3882.053. INITIAL VOTING DIRECTORS. (a) The initial board consists of the following voting directors:
(b) Of the initial directors, the terms of directors appointed for positions 1 through 3 expire June 1, 2011, and the terms of directors appointed for positions 4 and 5 expire June 1, 2013.
(c) Section 3882.052 does not apply to this section.
