Sec. 363.007. STATUTES NOT AFFECTED BY CHAPTER. This chapter does not affect:
(1) Chapter 361 (Solid Waste Disposal Act);
(2) Chapter 364 (County Solid Waste Control Act); or
(3) Chapter 362 (Solid Waste Resource Recovery Financing Act).
