Section 356.652. Exception: Authorization in Will

Sec. 356.652. EXCEPTION: AUTHORIZATION IN WILL. A personal representative of an estate may purchase estate property if the representative was appointed in a will that:
(1) has been admitted to probate; and
(2) expressly authorizes the sale.
