Sec. 355.106. ORDER FOR PAYMENT OF CLAIM OBTAINED BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE. After the sixth month after the date letters testamentary or of administration are granted, the court may order a personal representative to pay any claim that is allowed and approved on application by the representative stating that the representative has no actual knowledge of any outstanding enforceable claim against the estate other than the claims already approved and classified by the court.
