Sec. 31.153. VIOLATION OF FREE INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS LAW. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly violates any law providing for the purchase or distribution of free instructional materials for the public schools.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
