Sec. 31.031. COLLEGE PREPARATORY INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS. (a) A school district may purchase with the district's instructional materials and technology allotment or otherwise acquire instructional materials for use in college preparatory courses under Section 28.014.
(b) The commissioner shall adopt rules regarding the purchase of instructional materials under this section.
