Section 31.015. Chief Clerk

Sec. 31.015. CHIEF CLERK. (a) The commissioner shall appoint a chief clerk.
(b) The chief clerk may perform any of the duties of the commissioner if the commissioner is sick, is absent, dies, or resigns.
