Sec. 2161.064. DIRECTORY. (a) The comptroller shall compile, in the most cost-efficient form, a directory of businesses certified as historically underutilized businesses under Section 2161.061.
(b) The comptroller at least semiannually shall update the directory and provide access to the directory electronically or in another form to each state agency.
(c) Depending on the needs of a state agency, the comptroller shall provide access to the directory electronically or in another form.
(d) The comptroller shall provide a copy of the directory to every municipality in January and July of each year. On request, the comptroller shall make the directory available to other local governments and the public.
(e) A state agency, including the comptroller, shall use the directory in determining awards of state purchasing and public works contracts.
