Section 212.081. Applicability of Subchapter

Sec. 212.081. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. This subchapter applies to a recount in an election on an office in which:
(1) a majority vote is required for nomination or election; and
(2) votes were cast for more than two candidates.
