Section 159.103. State Tribunal and Support Enforcement Agency

Sec. 159.103. STATE TRIBUNAL AND SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT AGENCY. (a) The court is the tribunal of this state.
(b) The office of the attorney general is the support enforcement agency of this state.
