Sec. 1508.208. CONFLICT OR INCONSISTENCY WITH OTHER LAW. When any certificates of indebtedness are being issued or any act or contract is undertaken under this subchapter, to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between this subchapter and another law applicable to the municipality, this subchapter controls.
