Sec. 1505.202. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:
(1) "Bond authorization" means an ordinance or resolution authorizing the issuance of bonds.
(2) "Harbor improvement or facility" means a harbor, port, or navigational facility described by Section 1505.203.
