Texas Statutes Subchapter A. General Provisions Section 1401.001. Definitions
Sec. 1401.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1) "Authority" means the Texas Public Finance Authority.
(2) "Board" means the board of directors of the authority.
